FAQ

This course is designed for expectant parents who are preparing to welcome a child into their lives.
We define a parent as anyone who will be a consistent, loving presence in a child’s life—offering guidance, support, and a secure foundation, regardless of biology, gender, or family structure. Parenting is about fostering connection, respect, and growth for both the child and the caregiver.
For those who are pregnant, the ideal time to participate is between the 5th and 8th month of pregnancy (weeks 17 to 32). We warmly welcome all types of families and family models.
-
We warmly welcome partners to join — it’s a great way to prepare together. But whether you’re coming solo, co-parenting, or part of another family constellation, you’re fully welcome. This space is for you, just as you are. Everyone is welcome to join, wherever they are at.
-
No previous knowledge or extra materials needed. In fact, we will have a library of resources for you to take with you on the very first day!

“The best thing you can do for your child is to learn to take care of yourself. A well-balanced parent is a gift to their child.” - Jesper Juul
