Courses and workshops for Parents

“There’s no such thing as a perfect parent. So just be a real one.” - Philippa Perry

A new parenting course that gets it. The triggers, the fears, the expectations, and of course, the love. Prepare yourself for the journey of a lifetime.

This is not a birthing course or baby CPR. We will be working together on preparing for parenthood - helping you build a secure and respectful bond with your baby from the very beginning.

Our courses designed for parents who value respectful, relationship-based parenting, personal growth, and a strong community of like-minded families.

  • Conscious, relationship-based parenting - A respectful, attachment - focused parenting approach that align with research-backed philosophies

  • Mindful Communication and Inclusivity

  • Holistic Child Development - Drawing on aspects of the approaches of Emmi Pikler, Montessori and Waldorf, we are interested in supporting your baby’s natural development

  • Balancing Parenthood and Self

  • Community and Connection - Connect with like-minded parents for support, socializing and shared experiences.

  • High-Quality, Ethical Choices to create an inclusive environment for your family.

We hope to create an engaging community where all members of the family can find support, connection, and guidance as they navigate the journey of parenthood together.

We also strive to help couples become more aligned, equipping them with strategies to navigate the challenges and joys of parenting as a team.

We define a parent as anyone who will be a consistent, loving presence in a child’s life—offering guidance, support, and a secure foundation, regardless of biology, gender, or family structure. Parenting is about fostering connection, respect, and growth for both the child and the caregiver.

For those who are pregnant, the ideal time to participate is between the 5th and 8th month of pregnancy (weeks 17 to 32). We warmly welcome all types of families and family models.

  • No but we would love them to! Everyone is welcome to join, wherever they are at.

  • No previous knowledge or extra materials needed. In fact, we will have a library of resources for you to take with you on the very first day!
